Physical Health-Related Concerns
I specialize in health psychology, which means that I have the same training as a general psychologist, and I have also received training on the psychological aspects of physical health issues. So, I provide talk therapy for people that may be experiencing:
- chronic pain
- sleep issues
- irritable bowel syndrome
- fibromyalgia
- headaches and/or migraines
- chronic illnesses or medical conditions *

I also provide telehealth therapy through an online virtual video platform or telephone, which are both HIPAA-compliant. This has been very convenient for my patients. I am located and licensed in the state of Minnesota, so I see patients located in MN. In addition, under Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT), I have been granted the ability by the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) Commission to see patients located in the following locations:
